If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you can initiate the refund process by contacting our customer support team at support@stark-precision.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund. Once we receive your request, we'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, and the item must be in its original condition. If the items returned not in its original condition then restocking fee may apply. We'll process your refund promptly after we receive and inspect the item.
